LAHORE: (Monday, June 02, 2025): In the latest report of the Center for World Universities Rankings (CWUR), Punjab University has further strengthened its reputation by securing the fourth position across the country. On this achievement, Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Ali has said that this is a historical milestone as the university had not achieved such a prominent position in the international ranking before. He said that this achievement is the result of the tireless work and dedication of our teachers, students engaged in research and every person of the university who is busy making the university a peaceful, stable and active institution in the field of knowledge, research and teaching. He said that our journey does not end here, we still have a long way to go, our goal is to make the university financially self-sufficient, include it among the leading universities in the field of research and equip it with modern technology and facilities. He said that we are all working as a team to make this dream a reality. He said that everyone associated with Punjab University deserves congratulations on this success.
